My name is Lynne and for as long as I can remember I have had an interest in complementary therapies and the way our bodies can respond to them. Through a chance meeting, I came to study Reiki and have my Level 3 certification and from there I decided to train in Reflexology and then Indian Head Massage.
For me, the thought that I may have helped someone, even in some little way feel a sense of wellbeing is worth its weight in gold. My intention is that I continue to learn new skills and pursue what I love and in turn, spread that love out to others. I hope I get to meet you soon to give you your slice of ‘My Time’.
