Initially known as 'Zone Therapy', reflexology is the application of gentle pressure to areas on the feet, which map and correspond to the organs of the body, to help promote healing and a general feeling of wellbeing.  Through reflexology sessions,  the body returns to its natural rhythms, energy flows and body mind and spirit are brought back into balance.

This energy healing practice carried out by gentle touch is suitable for all, and accelerates the body's natural ability to heal itself and balances and harmonises the whole energy body.  It also offers deep relaxation and can help to relieve the stress and anxiety of tired minds.

Indian Head Massage

Originating from India from the alternative medicine system known as Ayurveda,  it is believed that the mind and body are intricately connected and thus can influence one another. Indian Head Massage can help to reduce headaches and improve general physical well-being, but also help to improve mental and emotional wellness too. This massage incorporates the upper back, neck, shoulders and head.
